As the founder and principal consultant at Kash Consulting, Khalda Hashash brings deep academic knowledge and real-world experience to every engagement. She holds a Master’s in Leadership from Northeastern University and is a Certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner, giving her a unique edge in understanding both organizational dynamics and human behavior.
Khalda’s expertise spans across leadership consulting, emotional intelligence training, social leadership, and business strategy. She works with leaders at every level—from emerging professionals to seasoned executives—and also supports families and couples seeking to improve how they lead in their personal lives.
